SERVICE DISCONNECTED FOR NONPAYMENT WILL BE RESTORED ONLY AFTER ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL. AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF SERVICE IS RESTORED AFTER 4:30 P.M. AND/OR AFTER BUSINESS HOURS. Failure to receive bill does not relieve obligation to pay bill by due date. To avoid penalties on your account, payment must be received in our office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the due date indicated. We do not honor postmarks or check dates.
